Individual Cremation.

All cremations are carried out individually. We ensure that the ashes you receive belong solely to your pet.

Collection & Drop-off.

Collection of your pet can be arranged from your home or veterinary practice, subject to availability and distance. A fee will apply and depending on location, which will be discussed in advance. You may also bring your pet to us directly by appointment only.

Transport and mileage fee.

All dogs and cats within a 10 mile journey of the farm (DT2 0PA):

No charge.

Small animals and anything over a 10 mile journey is £1 per mile.

This covers the collection of your pet and the return of their ashes. You are more than welcome to bring them to us, please note that all visits and drop offs are appointment only- please call 01935348450 to arrange a time.

Pet to vet.

Saying goodbye is never easy, If you are physically or emotionally unable to take your pet to the vets for their final visit, we will:

- Collect your pet from your home.

- Take them to your chosen veterinary practice for their euthanasia appointment.

- Return your pet’s ashes home to you if you choose us for cremation.

Our onsite Goodbye Room is a quiet, private space designed specifically for owners who wish to have a final moment of peace with their pet. Whether you’d like to sit quietly, bring a favourite toy, or simply say a last ' sleep well,' this room is yours for as long as you need. We believe every pet deserves a farewell, and every owner deserves the space to grieve without being rushed.

Opening hours: 9am-5pm Monday- Friday.

Saturday 9am-1pm.
